Friends account was suspended perm and he is still using his other account?
 

I cannot figure this out. He was suspended forever under his main account and almost a month latter he is still on ebay. He uses the same paypal account and ip address. He did try to pay his paypal fees today with a credit card that was linked to his main account and ebay figured it out but he still wasn't suspended. His old account was from 1999 does that have something to do with it? He is worried but he will not come here and read. He is hard headed and I told him to not pay his fees since his suspension is no doubt comming now.. If you have an older account is it harder to trace other accounts? What is the deal?
