how to reinstate my account?
 

i got MC 008 about 12 months ago. on a real account. i tried to contact ebay to lift my restriction but they said i can only buy not sell after a year of waiting. it was about VERO items only 2-3 of them. it wasn`t my regular business but it was enough for restriction. is it nessesari to use the account for purchasing items? i haven`t logget in at all on my account for a year. any advice will be much appreciated. :)

Well, I don't know if it is NECESSARY for purchasing items. Having a purchasing account can't hurt.

However, once you are suspended for selling counterfeits, it is almost impossible to get the account back. I understand that the items may have been legitimate, but eBay thinks otherwise, and that is the problem. You don't have to actually be selling counterfeits to get suspended for selling counterfeits.

I would forget about selling on the account and go stealth. Use the old account for purchasing if you want to. Use the new account(s) for selling. And be very careful when listing any brand name or trademarked items that are known to have attracted the attention of counterfeiters. You CAN sell genuine merchandise, but it can be risky, depending on the item.

Agree with jeffweico - you cant do much else with this flagged account - forget about it and make multiple stealth accounts to sell with.

If the wording of the suspension said one year, you might consider asking.

But be ready for them to decline.

yes once the computer of paypal and ebay block you that's it they will not listen and will always say NO
