You need clean IPs for each account, don't use the same IP on more than one account even if it's clean.
You need an address to access for returns. You could rent a P.O box pretty cheap i'm sure. Don't use the P.O box address for eBay and paypal in terms of "P.O BOX 69, Blah blah street etc" but you could ask them if it's okay to list it as "Flat 69, Blah blah street". If the P.O ask you why, just say something like this "I want to buy things online, and don't wish to share my house address online because of my family" or "I sell on eBay and they require sellers to display an address and do not wish to display my home address for safety reasons".
I heard in the US they're more likely to call you, so get a number you can keep hold of for a long time. |
