PP limited, need help with vcc and proof of address
 

Hi,

So recently I began my work on Paypal, and everything was working well for a while.

However, I accidentally logged on Paypal using vpn, and that made Paypal think someone hacked in to my account. Now I have to give them my proof of address and verify credit card. I am a student studying abroad and I don't have access to any of the two.

I've heard VCC's can be used to verify, but only some. And addresses can just be photoshopped. Is this true? And which Vcc's can be used to lift limitation?

i think you can verify your identity thru phone attached with the paypal. u must have access to this phone though. they will send a code that you will type in the web interface.
