I just warn ebay with watchdog
 

Hello.
I emailed ebay today and warned them about watchdog since they never kept their side upto rules. More people should warn them, maybe then they can get thier act right






I keep getting the same email about the non seller perfomance.


You gave me a warning for 30 days.. This was sent to last week, i was told if my feedback got worse then i would have been restricted. Has mentioned in my previous email.
I have good feedback since then, and now i am got restricted account not even 10 days have passed with the first warning.
I have read upon the non seller perfomance and i can say that i am IN NO POSITION OF FAULT.

I have got some legal advice and i have fully complied with ebay policy and i have done nothing wrong.

I have so annoyed with ebay treating their sellers,, I had a death in the family which i got side tracked, what was i suppose to do RUN OF WITH THE MONEY. I did what any honest person would do refund the buyers back because i would have not been in the city.

I don't want the same email about NON SELLER PERFORMANCE. I read your policy and i am fully in ebay radar of policy rules.

If my account is not sorted out i am going to watch dog. This is something i would do has i am very annoyed that what you treat seller like.

I was suspended with strikes, which i guess was my fault. i solved that.. but this is something i am not going to put up with.

you have 3 warnings.
i was on my first warning.... 30 days.. Maybe i should remind you. YOUR RULES ON non seller perfomance.

If i did anything wrong i would have agreed but i am not in the wrong.
I look forward to your reply and except my account to be running to normal status.
I would do to watchdog after reading some research on ebay. I except also head of the deparment to look into this. I am not pleased with your customer service at all.
