Odds on Re-instatement
 

Hi

I was suspended from ebay a few years ago as the mail service kept letting mt down by not getting signatures and customers saying that they had not received things. Even when I got info from the postal services confirming that an item had been delivered but just not signed for the buyer won and I got hit.

I was still over 99.5% positive when I got suspended indefinately and I have since moved to a next day fully tracked courier system which is miles better.

What are the chances of me getting my ebay account re-instated after 2 years? They actually still owe me £75 as the account is showing that I have actually overpaid!

Any help and advise welcome.... I am in the UK by the way!

Worth a go. Never any harm in trying in a situation like this.

I would at the very least get your credit back

Contact ebay chat when you are logged into you account. They normally lift suspensions if there is not to many Issues, especially after such a long time has passed.

Paypal however is a different story.

Is there an easy way to get to ebay chat as all the options I choose seem to only offer Call or Email?
