proof of address

Greetings. I am trying something new and been opening a italy pp. Now I just need an italian utility bill în order to provide it with proof of address. Any one who might help please pm me!:)

First and foremost whoever you go through for you, your utilities would have to have an online website.

This is very easy to do if you are using Google Chrome as your web browser, right-click on your mouse and go to inspect element here you can manipulate anything that you want on the screen including the editor of a utility bill that you need Then screen shot and BAM!
