advice on my suspended account

I just started using a 3 year old ebay/paypal account in the beginning of December and it got suspended 2 weeks ago for abusing ebay. I uploaded all the required info right away and the account is still not reinstated 2 weeks later. I sent them an email asking when it would be fixed but no reply. Do you think I should call them or just sit tight and wait it out? I wasn't selling anything vero.....

It can take anywhere from a week to two months.

Try faxing again, but usually after a month or two and nothing it's usually a good time to move on.
