Re: Anyone who has actually got reinstated ... please advise
Hi,
I guess many folks in this forum have found themselves in similar situations as you are in atm. I had a similar situation a few years ago.
I tried this stunt to call ebay and get my account reinstated once. I don't know why it was banned but might as well have been the communication issue. It didn't work out at all. Even tho I had 99.3 % positive they told me I had to clear all the issues on the account, meaning, cleaning out the negative feedback (pretty much the standard answer you'll probably get when you call).
I had only a few negative feedback, maybe 10 or so, but it seemed almost impossible to reach all buyers after 1-2 years that gave negative feedback and tell them "You know, 2 years ago. Did you change your mind yet?" I doubted even one would answer and even if I got rid of all the reds, Ebay would only 'consider' to review my application to reinstate the account.
Long story short: I saved my time and read the forums around here and this is what I'd advise you to do too. Getting one account back, leaves you with the same risks of getting it banned by some ret***ded ebay bot or whatever when you're only 0.1 % above ebays goals.Especially when Ebay is your main income source, I wouldn't sleep well with the feeling that they could crack my neck any time they wanted.
Learn about stealth, get a few stealth accounts, take it slow. If one of three goes down it won't hurt as much.
Needless to say: calling in wouldn't hurt, so I'd give it a try at least. In the phone menu they'll lead you to the person to talk to for suspended accounts.
Cheers
