"Policy violation that led to your account suspension"
 

Hi! New here. Great site!

I hope someone can help. Here are the details:

I got suspended because Disney reported me for trademark violation. I sold a shirt that I had painted Mickey Mouse on.

Anyway, I faxed my ISP internet bill and the reinstatement form. But now they want more. They want me to send photo ID and this NEW form:
pages.ebay.ca/securitycentre/cs/poiinvreinstform.html

Now on that form it says: "Policy violation that led to your account suspension" and I am supposed to fill in "trademark violation". Isn't that admission of guilt? Will they use that against me? Or will they just reinstate my account? Should I do it or not?

And why do they want photo id? How does it help them verify me? They can't see me...??? Can someone explain?
