Paypal: having problems with confirming or adding Entropay card?
 

Is this to do with other threads on Entropay & Paypal?

Get error message when try to confirm card:

"The Credit Card Verification system used by paypal is currently unavailable. Please try to link your card at a later time..."

Error message when try to add another Entropay card:

We were unable to process your credit card registration at this time. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date"

There are a few issues with Entropay at the moment

How old is your PayPal and how much money do you have on the Entropay account?

PP account just under 2 mth old.
Have around £5 on Entrop*y card

Successfully passed proof of ID & proof of address

Last step just need to confirm card (ie 2 small payments) - but met problem in OP

???

Try a forced one refresh

Failing that use another VCC

1/ What is forced one refresh?

2/ I actually added the card at least 1 mth earlier - when the sales was less than Euro 1800

CONFIRM link was visible next to the card icon but on clicking just got redirected to the confirm bank account page (not what I want to do at the moment)

Never ever got the 2 small payments


3/ Should I call them?

OK managed to get started on the 2 payments to the card..

But strange, given I have received over EUR 2500, that I have a choice of verifying either a card or bank account?

I thought it was mandatory to link a bank a/c when receipts exceed EUR 2500 ?

You may well get a limition asking for a bank account to be added
