Can selling account without bank acc attached last long?
 

Hi, is not normal, not suspicious to have a seller account without bank account attached?
What i mean is use stealth account for selling and never withdraw just spend money online.

You would be limits to no more than £1650 if the account isn't bank verified as you cannot remove the receiving limit

Then how come marketplace sellers sell accounts with eu receiving limit lifted?

Because a bank account is added, limits are removed then the bank account is removed

Without adding the bank account the PayPal cannot be verified which means the receiving limit cannot be removed

Assuming you add a bank account to get verified...

If you then remove bank account, is the status of the PP a/c still 'verified'?

yes once its verified it does not matter if you remove bank account or add new one

Adding a bank gives the account a huge strength boost.

Whilst removing it doesn't have a huge impact, if your PayPal is ever being manually reviewed, having all your financials up to date and intact will give the account a lot of credibility (in the eyes of of the PayPal reviewer).

On the other hand if they see your card has expired, your bank has been removed, you have large sums of money coming in, and your sending them to multiple different accounts as friends and family - then of course your going to get limited.

Always keep an active bank and card on your account at all times. :)
