UK eBay & PaypalGeneral discussions about eBay.co.uk Suspensions and Paypal.co.uk limited accounts. This forum is geared towards UK eBay & Paypal sellers.
I was kicked off eBay for low DSR mid 2014. It was a business account with 55k feedback. Within about 10 mins my wifes (personal account) was limited to 10 items / £1000 per month.
I am wondering why she did not receive a complete ban also as I thought this was eBay practice?
Anyway, I started a new business account late 2014 (Account 1). Its got 500+ feedback and is TRS currently. I used all new information except the address as my banned account. I started at 10 items, which quickly was raised to 80 items.
It seemed stuck at his for a while so I decided to open another account (Account 2). I used all the same info as account 1 apart from email so it was obviously linked straight away and had a limit of 10 items. I wanted it linked as eBay asks if you have another account to raise your limits. Its only then that I read on here that my limit would apply across both accounts so decided not to bother with account 2. I never sold anything else on this account. I continued to sell on my 80 limit account and got not automatic increases.
I then thought I'd that maybe the second account i'd created could be stoping my automatic increases. I then closed account 2. Within the hour I had a message from eBay saying they had raised my limits to 300! Two weeks later I got another auto increase to 500!
I now seem stuck at 500. I list to the 500 limit, but not the value. I sell about 280 items a month out the 500.
Any advice how I can get the account raised further?
I also got asked to reverify my account last week when installing inkfrog. It asked me to answer one of two questions - best mans name or WHICH OTHER EBAY ACCOUNT IS LINKED TO YOUR ADDRESS!!!
I chose my best mans name to verify but now am wondering which account its refering to? Is it my account 2 which I closed? Is it my wifes account? Is it my banned account? Surely if it was my banned account, my account 1 would be banned already too?
Sorry for the long message - I hope thats clear for all to understand.
Any comments, suggestions welcome.

OP - it's bad stealth practice to use the same banned address.
I wouldn't call in for an increase, whilst it's a 50/50 risk in usual cases, in your case since you have reused previous information, your chances of getting the account suspended are a little higher.
If you need higher limits, you can a) setup more accounts, you seem to be doing okay with those, or b) buy accounts from the forum marketplace, these come with very high limits to start with.
