Dynamic or Static IP for Stealth Account?
 

ok guys i've read the stealth guide but i stumped regarding the ip issue for a stealth acc.

i'm with virgin using a virgin super hub that that provides a long lease dynamic ip that is it changes every 5 or 6 days.

i would like to know if a new ip address for a 'stealth' needs to be static or dynamic?

that is to say, is ebay just interested in checking the cookies etc via the current ip address & is therefore not concerned whether that ip is either static or dynamic?

also firefox has an addon for hiding the ip - has anyone used this or alternatively can please advise regarding the 'stealth' ip issue?

Welcome to the forums - dynamic IP is key for running multiple accounts. Static will limit your options.

I think your overcomplicating the matter. Let me simplify it for you.

IP and Cookies are two completely different things. Those two factors are your priority to maintain/keep track of post account creation to ensure the accounts don't link.

To deal with cookies, just make a new user account for each stealth account, that will isolate the cookies and prevent linking.
