Put collect at Argos but ended up on its way to ⊗⊗⊗⊗ house
This has happened twice now ,,, i clicked click and collect,, put in the Argos, but on the final check out it ended up having my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address on there ...It doesn't matter because the house is empty,,, it will just be returned to seller ....Do you think i should contact the seller and say it was meant to be click and collect ? |

Request to cancel transaction
Once cancelled and refunded
Repurchase and make sure you don't foobarr it up again.

1. There is no guarantee it will be returned back to the sender, i.e. if they didn't give the postal company a returns address.
2. As soon as you place the order and complete payment, ebay will take you to the post-transaction page where there is an option to view order details, click that link, check everything looks correct (i.e. collect delivery address/correct argos store). If there's any error, make it a habit to contact the seller and resolve it before it even gets sent out.
Once an item gets sent out, resolving issues becomes a nightmare as you have buyer, seller and courier trying to have some form of three way communication. |

Unfortunately it has already been sent out ..One has been pushed thru the letter box from a different seller looks like this one will be pushed thru the letter box :::: i think i will just leave it as lost gorn ,,and not bother |

| That sounds odd. Check that you're completing checkout correctly - there is a chance that your aren't. |
