How long does 2gb Data last?
 

Hi all

Going to purchase a £9.99 Vodafone Mobile Broadband pay as you go 2GB dongle

Just curious, only using it for ebay and paypal, generally how long would 2GB last?

Also, just wondered if anyone had any particular deals they would recommend in terms of pay as you go data?

your 2 GB data is more than enough For 6 Months for ebay and paypal

I disagree. I used 2GB in a month solely for eBay/Paypal last time I was using a mobile plan for connectivity. This included a lot of account creation, and ebay listings.

I would love to see someone only use 2GB in 6 months without going over....There's no way 2GB would be enough, I tried 4GB and went over within 2 months.

2gb is ok for month maybe if you don't use much it will last 2 months but not more then this go for ee sim this will give u 6gb data for 3 months

1-2gb a month per account, more if you are uploading images to listings.

2Gb only for eb and pp should last quite some time if you disable flashmedia no? Silly pp banners and eb banners...

my 1 Gb data last for 5 months

I only use it for ebay/paypal to upload listings maybe like 30 multiple items
per month

Obviously if you are using multiple accounts and uploading 100 or more items per months, than it will last about 1 month

this is personal experience I am sharing with 1:1 account

This Is approx 7mb per day for 150 days...

If you use it for solely for eBay and paypal than it will definitely last for months

How can I stop Windows, etc, updating programmes in the background? This eats up your data significantly.

I'm looking to buy a PAYG sim for this purpose, but have been away from stealth for awhile. Anyone recommend any good deals? Just need to dig out my old ZTE MF730M dongle, and get back up and running!
