Paypal still holding My money ??
 

I have a new stealth account which I have been trading on now for nearly 4 weeks and Have done everything right.
I send everything tracked, I get fantastic feedback all Positive, I have over £400 in the paypal account and still every transaction it says available after 21 days ??? I know I have to wait as this is a new account but what do I have to do to get all of my money released to my paypal so there wont be any holds on it , im fed up of dribs and drabs filtering in to my Paypal.... I guess its a waiting game but for how long ??? I need this cash free for Christmas and right now it looks like its going to be in PayPal's grubby little mitts forever more...
I understand I am a high risk, new Ebayer ;) blah blah blah, but all my items are pretty low market value £5 £10 so when is the question, do you think Paypal will eventually release ALL OF MY MONEY and wont hold it anymore, I read their terms and conditions and it makes no sense

Anything upto 12 weeks at the moment

Most the time its a lot faster though

If you upload tracking into the PayPal then you will also get your funds well before the 21 days are up

I upload the tracking on the Ebay Site is this not the same ? as I thought the 2 were linked ?

They've been kind of strange about that lately. It seems like less than half the time the tracking number is actually applied to Paypal when you upload to Ebay. For the fastest possible release of your money, you may want to double check in the Paypal transaction details to make sure your tracking numbers are being uploaded there.

You usually start getting instant payments after 90 days of successful sales. In USA at least...

No, they dont link Ebay - PayPal strangely, they only link PayPal - Ebay, so you need to upload directly to PayPal for it to soften the waiting times (once uploaded to PP it will automatically upload to eBay).

By just uploading to eBay means you will get the full force of the holds as its not automatically visable to the PayPal monitoring systems.
