Virtual Cloud Desktop or Hosted Desktop

I am operating an UK account from outside The UK.

Always had trouble with VPN especially with paypal, so not feeling comfortable any longer.

Anyone has any idea about Virtual Cloud Desktops or anyone using one ?

I am desperately looking for an alternative to VPN

If your not in the UK, please change your Flag to your actual Country.
