Myhermes lost parcel

A buyer has emailed me that his ab machine has not arrived yet
I have reported it to Myhermes via messaging and it say 14 days for a refund
So do I refund the buyer or let him report to eBay as item not received?
Then submit the tracking number

The tracking hasnt reached him so it wont mean naff all to upload tracking

If he he goes through ebay it's a negative on your account

refund him before he decides to open one
