Yeah I'm actually quite annoyed with that. I don't see why they can hold your money from you :/

I guess it's a way of encouraging us to use pay.pal as a payment method to be honest!

Yes i've always stuck to £50 per account per withdrawal, 4 or 5 times a day.

now i'm forced to withdraw £90 per withdrawal.

why £90? such an odd number..

I've just phoned them, it's a technical glitch and they are working on it.

If you need to withdraw a smaller amount, call them and they will e-mail you a 'workaround' link.

Really? Thank you for this! I wasn't quite angry enough to consider calling them, just thought if I needed the money I would transfer in enough to make it up to the 90 and then transfer the 90 out

You can do the withdrawal without the limit via the Money tab at the top :)

They should have kept the old interface the new one it seems they try to make it easy for idiots but the thing is someone will just make a better idiot.

I wasn't angry, just mildly suspicious that it might have been a scam of some sort.

Interestingly, the workaround consisted of e-mailing me a link to the 'old style' PayPal interface.

Good to know it's a technical glitch, amount seemed random and very frustrating. Did they happen to speculate on when it's likely to be fixed?

no, I take out under 90 quite often, from various accs and it is not glitching at all...

It was affecting all UK accounts but only for a period of approx. 48 hours.
