New paypal withdrawal - Internal server error
 

Hi did anyone receive a message 'Internal server error' when you were trying to withdrawal funds from a 2-4 days new paypal account? The withdrawal amount would approx. few pounds, no 21 days hold on the payment as well. However, it didn't allow withdrawal.

There's glitches occasionally. Try again in a day or 2

Click 'More' then 'Sitemap' and find withdraw link from there and it'll go through.

Give it a few day and try again. It will nearly always work then

The sitemap is also a very good ide!

Go to help and type in "ways to withdraw money" and then click the link. That will take you to the classic site and you'll be able to withdraw.

not works for me : www.paypal.com/wdfunds that is old/classic interface

I did a lot of tests. I am sure that for a new account you always receive 'internal error' (maybe 100%) for the first 1-2 weeks (especially for the first few days). After that you could withdraw funds. Sometimes you may receive this error (around 20-30%) but log out the windows user account and focus on the next account for let's say 10 mins, then log in back the original account and it shall works.

Which means every new account, we need to make withdrawal to get the error message, then wait for few days to let the system resolve by itself?

Welcome to the forums - unless you are confident in dealing with customer support as sax4 suggests, might want to just build time on the account and wait it out.

I waited for 3 days and tried to make the withdrawal, but still getting the same error message and unable to withdraw money to my VISA card. I am from Malaysia, with 1 month verified account.
