Wierd problem with getting limits lifted
So I was asked to upload photo ID to remove receiving limits, did that and eventually they lifted the limits. I logged in and it all seemed fine, I had about 2k in there so I thought I would just try a smaller amount first. So I withdrew £200 and it all went through fine, I then logged in and tried to withdraw a bit more. It then flashed up as being limited again and asking for the same documents again, unfortunately when I clicked resolve to upload the documents (yet again) I can’t do anything because it just displays the message “Thank you for providing all the required information. You're all set, and your account is back to normal.”
So I phoned paypal yesterday and was told it looked like a bug so the lady escalated the issue as she couldn’t sort it herself, I was told it would be sorted by 8:30pm yesterday at the latest. So I log in this morning and nothing has changed, I phone paypal again who this time said it will be at least a few days before someone even looks at it (great conflicting info there). I explained the issue again and that I could not even upload and files so she emailed me a link to do so instead, I’ve now uploaded the files again but if this is a bug I have no confidence in them sorting it out.
Has anyone ever had this problem before and know how to sort it?
