non ebay payments now on hold

My account got limited for EU limits and I got it back online. A payment came in and it is now on hold. Doesn't say anything else just says it's on hold.
Does anybody know why?

Also, is it worth upgrading to a business account as I will be expected to receive a lot more through Paypal but unsure if paypal business accs are as safe

Holds can just be put back onto an account sometimes. PayPal wont tell you why.

Usually they go away again after a week or 2

Get used to holds, it's the way paypal protect themselves.

You mean each individual payment?

Totally depends on how your posting the item and if there is tracking
