Which bank & return address & post code
 

Hi,

First time when I opened an account with Lloyds and started to sell they contacted me after a while that they see that I receive funds from Paypal frequently and they assume that Im selling on Ebay and I should change my personal account to business.

I was wondering which bank I should use to open an account for stealth account to avoid this problem? Which one is the best and "safest" for stealth account?

Should I set up a new business with new name, new address, new company reg if I had a suspended business account with a Lloyds bank account connected to my paypal?

To be more exact.

I have "A" business connected to "A" Paypal account connected to "A" ebay account.

"A" Ebay business account gets suspended.

What to do next? Can I still open a new bank account (B) with the same company (A) details and same name (mine)? O what is the best way to do this not to get linked?

Would a new "B" paypal account get suspended and linked if I open a new bank account at a different bank (WITH THE SAME COMPANY NAME, DETAILS, ADDRESS)? Or if I have new sort code and account number at my new bank Im good with Paypal?
Will Paypal see that although I have new sort code and account number but I have the same name, company and address at my bank?

I've read that some people's bank account got suspended because they received funds from different names than theirs.

Other question.
I searched for return address in the forum. There are many different answers. Here I found this thread saying that using the original (suspended) return address would not cause problem and the account should not get suspended:

What about UK post codes. Can I use the same UK post code for return address in a stealth account?

Most high street banks are fine for stealth apart from Lloyds. It really isn't necessary to set up ltd companies to sell on eBay as a business seller.

Use business eBay linked to personal PayPal (as a sole trader) and use a standard bank account.

Yep, that's all that is needed. PayPal does not see your personal information attached to your bank account(s).

Why not open a business bank account if your bank requests that? If it's no biggie.. go for it.

Thanks. This is a really good news. What about return address. Someone says the same return address can be used while others say ebay links accounts using the same return address.

You cannot use old address ON EBAY - that will link. You need new stealth address. IF someone needs to do return later on...you can have a nice return address that is for your "business returns" (have to think about that one)
