Default Human Verification

I experience something unusual. Yesterday when i click to see orders i was asked to verify as human. Even when i am entering my tracking numbers each and every time this verification window popped up. Any idea about this? Anybody experienced such thing please?

What are you using for your IP address? And what device are you using?

Im using EE mini wifi device. I using this iMac and EE data connection for only this account.

You could try changing your IP. Perhaps that specific IP has been blacklisted, hence the extra verification checks.

Also ensure cookies are not being deleted.

That would be my guess as well, but it is a guess.

Either cookies not being saved or the IP triggering something.

no i didn't delete any cookies. this EE mobile wifi connection didn't use for anything but specifically for this account. which means i don't even check my mails. i have a different connection for my personal use.

i thought every time i switch off and on the wifi device it changes the IP address. Is that right? So IP couldn't be black listed?

What I meant was, generate a new IP and try again. Perhaps that specific IP you were using was causing the issues.

You can use whoer.net to establish if the IP has been blacklisted or not.
