Ebay sellers buying and reselling on Ebay
 

hello, i have been limited from Paypal for allegedly selling counterfeit products. now i want to understand as the products that i buy and sell are genuine as i got them checked by the retail stores them self and they are 100% genuine. i have also opened a limited company so i can trade legitimately and pay my taxes and supply every business that wants to buy. now if i sell to an eBay registered company the products that i supply and then they resell that on eBay and he gives my company invoice if Paypal request it do they have any right to cause an issue, as a company i have every right to do business with anyone and do not need Paypal permission to sell my products.

Does not matter if you do this, if paypal belive item is counterfeit they will close account, don't think you can do on your own name anyway as your details are blacklisted

For starters, you should discuss this with your lawyer.

Not for us to give advice on such specific trading issues.

Even if you have your own company, your items must be acceptable to be traded.

Counterfeit of any sorts will not work.

yes the items are genuine, however paypal sometimes requires invoices after selling branded goods to confirm authenticity which really doesn't make sense. how can you confirm if something is genuine or not with a invoice from a company?
