Hi does anyone knows how to collect buyer ip address from ebay orders

Like papal ip address from where the payment coming from?

Help will be appreaciated

no, not heard that you can collect an ip that goes via the sites.....

Me neither - I don't think it would be in PayPal or eBay's best interest to start sharing information like buyer's ip address etc. with sellers.

It would also come across as undermining their own technology for combatting fraud (presuming you wanted to do your own interrogation).

Seriously, how about you tell us why your trying to collect the buyers IP?

No way known unless you are at the eb/pp serverside actively monitoring account access I guess...

assuming OP thinks it is someone giving wrong country location or maybe they have scammed and OP wants to report the ip......

....you cannot follow up ips anyway, they can be spoofed, inaccurate and nobody gives out info on owner without court order anyway.....

only way to get it maybe is to tempt the buyer on to email and not go via site messages...but gmail is no good, and I think it is hard to get header from alot of other email providers nowadays anyway, but I am not an expert...

Thats correct mate
there is a f.... buyer has been coming from new accounts my delivery is not signed and he taking advantage of this already handling 3rd dispute
on all three disputes he said he never got the item
the item is not that expensive
but its effecting my pp account

i guess its time for electronic signature delivery

i am 110 percent sure its my competitor because my product is very unique there are only few sellers selling that
He is also good in stealth menthod and creating account to damage my buiness
i have heard some one said on this form regarding a sale that the pp account was from china and the ip was from usa something like that
so i thought there might be a way to find out

Write him an email on the PayPal address. If he answers you have the IP.

Depends who his email provider is. Gmail for example don't give the IP address of the sending out in the header which is why you can reply to eBay emails directly through Gmail
