UK Ebay Paypal Virtual Phone to confirm account

I need to confirm my new UK ebay account with a valid phone number. Anybody know what is the best virtual phone to confirm both accounts (ebay & paypal)

I already have an UK cell phone number but is not working. They are asking me for a home line.

Anybody can help please!

look up voipfone or tamar under search, youll find a few UK threads..

also, anyone with voipfone, have you canceled your £1.99 pm number, with no probs and can you keep it for a while and maybe reinstate say before 6 months, read that on a post, a long while back... can anyone give experiences please.....
