hi guys, i just listed my 1st item on my new stealth account and i was suspended with 10mins, everything was fresh, ip, computer, mac, host, id, my items are not high risk, previously selling them for over 1year, the only thing i put it down to is image or brandname as its my own brand no1 else would have used it, what do you think any advice?

The suspension is down to what you listed and / or listing too quickly.

Whilst you don't deem the item to be high risk, ebay clearly do.

I would ask how old this account is and what it was you listed.

so its not the picture or brand name, but the item its self

Could also have been the brand name used.

If you're going to be so vague about the specific item, it will be much harder to identify the likely reason for suspension.

Could have been any of these issues.
As youve been told several times already - we need more details. You havnt even told us the age of the account.

its about 40days old, i will try with different pic and brand name,

Dont put any branded item. Just put anything unbranded. Always start new accounts with unbranded items.

Definitely use different pics and batchpurifier in future too.

Don't start with your own brandname.. and double for images. You'll want to start with something else (low risk) just to build up some feedbacks. Always wipe image metadata as well.
