Accessing Classic Paypal Site?

Hi everyone, is there anyway of accessing the classic Paypal site? I'm trying to withdraw money from an old account that was limited but every time I try to add my bank account it gives me this error message:

We're sorry, we're not able to process your request. Please try again later.

Someone on this forum had said it was an issue with the new site and that reverting back to the classic one would resolve the problem.

have you checked the resolution centre to see if there is not a big X next to the the 'add bank account' or 'withdraw funds'

When I go to the resolution centre it gives me the "you can't use paypal anymore" message and this

"Any bank account or credit card details linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive money. Any money in your balance will be held for 180 days, at which point we’ll send you an email with instructions about transferring your money."

The 180 days have passed and I got an email from them saying that I can withdraw the money. Doesn't say anything about not being allowed to add a bank account.

If its not blocked, then you will have to call paypal and have them add the bank account manually, but 90% of the time they ask for ID before helping you withdraw on a permanently closed account.

No its not blocked but thanks for the advice, I will definitely give them a call.
