Receiving limit reset before sending docs?
 

I've just been asked for documents on a stealth account but the reset date is just over a month away. There's around £500 left.

I'm not anticipating receiving that £500 before the reset date so if I just leave it, will it automatically reset without the need for documents? Or do I have to send in docs now that I've been asked for them?

no it will not reset once triggered for docs.....bad luck!

bit early for trigger, usually it is when there is 350 left or less.........sure you didnt mis-calculate? alot of accounts are not showing view limits tab like they used to....

When its triggered you have to provide them. If you don't the account gets limited after 180 days

Yeah I'm sure. I've checked my limits and its got around £538 left.

They get triggered at £1650

At the moment the exchange rate means that you can get upto around the £2100 mark before that account is limited

If you take £538 from £2100 that put it very closet to the EU trigger level so it may be that you just crept over it
