cant add bank account from my country. please help.

Hi guys. Please help. pay pall dos not give me an option to add bank account from my country.
seling from bulgaria but when prompted to link bank account it gives me a list of coutrys aowed to add bank account. how safly to withdrow money. it is not a stelt account but I had one ebay account baned in UK.
I had to register in ebay .com to sell from bulgaria.
HELP.

what a mess... as a starter, could you please match the flag of your avatar with the country your are operating from?

I guess you need to open a Bulgarian PayPal where you can withdraw to your credit, debit, or prepaid card or US bank and attach it to the eBay.com account if I'm not wrong.

This paypal account you want to add a bank account to - what country is it from? is it a UK account? or a Bulgarian one?
