paypal bank account verify issue
 

Hi
I have my paypal ban 1 yr ago by received a refund of a purchase through paypal after one month of purchase. Some related issue with the seller paypal account has drag me into this ban.
Till now i still can't figure out how to add a bank account to a stealth paypal account.
I cant use my original bank account because that's already been used with the banned paypal account.
I tried opening a Lloyds account and add that to it but it said this card can't be accepted?
I used ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address and name with my mobile data from a none previous use paypal mobile and network. With different email too. I have heard there's no virtual bank accounts in UK.
Can someone give me a help in what should i do to add and verify the stealth paypal account with?
And can anyone give me a link to a cheap dedicated ip (static ip) please?

For an IP address you have 2 really good options

Adding a bank account is very simple. You open a new bank account and add the account number and sort code to the PayPal. It sounds like your trying to add the card which cannot be done on a stealth account.

Sounds like you tried adding the debit card to the paypal.

That won't work on a stealth account.

You just add the new sort code and account number of your new bank account to verify the paypal. They deposit a 4 digit code to you bank account, find it in your online banking, then add the code to paypal.

Your account is then verified and you can withdraw to your bank account
