Can I unlink old Paypal and link new?
 

If eBay account is fine, but the paypal account that was linked to it is now limited, can I unlink that limited PayPal in eBay and add a new one which has not been used in eBay before, will that be fine?

If I just leave the old one linked but just change the paypal email address in my actual listing - will that be fine?

No... none of them will be fine. They will be linked with the suspended payPal account and sooner or later will be limited as well.

You need to start fresh with a new pair eBay+PayPal.

You can unlink the old limited pp and link a new one, but as many others say here, do not do that you will get limited again.

- about that, I don't agree and my past experience proves that, but I don't want to argue with the majority here.

You can change the pp email on your listing, but this won't last long.

- I changed 4 times and they were all caught and limited. Usually it takes about 2-3 months.

Thanks guys , new ebay and pp it is then.
Just also a quick one, if i create new ebay and pp using stealth details, what are the options in the UK to pay seller fees using the safest way? Can I use store cards?
I will have a paypal with the same info as ebay, and a bank account which is my own.
