New ebay/paypl when my brother has suspended account
 

I hope someone can help here. My brother has suspended ebay seller account but his paypal is active and not limited. I want to create new account under my details as it has been 3 months since he last time logged in from wifi. Now if i create my account and use different computer and phone but same wifi do u guys think it will get link. The doubt i have that he still uses his paypal account and uses laptop and phone which he used while ebaying and we are on same wifi. I think i can get new ip as its dynamic but him logging into paypal worries me. Please help!

You would need to be 100% sure that your brother never logs into PayPal again

If you are not sure then you want to use tethering, a dongle or a VPN to prevent it ever becoming an issue
