Anyone turning over VAT threshold on 1 paypal?
 

Is anyone turning over the VAT threshold on one stealth account? if so are you running it as sole tader ? do payapl not request the vat number on a sole trader account like say amazon do?

If your business has a turnover of more than £83,000 (for the year from April 2016) over a 12 month period, you must also register your business for Value Added Tax (VAT), so unless you are tax dodging it isnt a problem

Yes im aware of that , i think you misunderstood the question. You cant add a VAT number on a stealth account can you as they need to be given legit details, so my question was how are people doing it are paypal asking for the VAT like amazon do or not.If not assuming people are even doing over £83,000 on a stealth per year.

People on here are doing well over 83K in a year, sure i was just reading another thread of a executive member whos doing 75K a month.

With Amazon you need a new account whenever one account gets near to 80K per year, now with paypal, i dont think they insist on a VAT number.

Hi yes thats what im getting at do paypal not insist for VAT as amazon do when over £83000. Ive done £100,000 monthly but been through a LTD real details etc.

Ask yourself this, on that real details account did you have to provide a VAT number?

we set it up from the get go as ltd so havent done a legit id turning that amount for years.

I am sure people here running multiple accounts and even if they doing under vat limit on each account they still well over the VAT limit,

Ebay, paypal not bother about your vat, amaozn also not if you registered in uk, for overseas yes they are due to government pressure

Search on ebay any new mobile and u will shock to see many sellers are not vat registered and selling 1 mobile for over 500 so how????
