Random 48hour paypal holds on funds.
 

Hi all,

I have been running an account for around 4 months now, all good, 21 day holds removed, instant cash out etc.

All of a sudden, 72 hours holds (well 48) on withdrawals and they have started holding random bits of money but only for a few days (literally 3 days).

I know there has been a recent spike in activity but nothing out of the ordinary.

Anybody have any insight on this please?

This IS the reason for it.

If you increase the withdrawal amount out of the blue then the account can go to 72 hour withdrawals.

It is really nothing to be alarmed about.

Wait for the withdrawal to complete before initiating another one.
