Lady hasnt returned item afte i sent rtn label now its 5 days over time limit
 

A lady bought something said it was faulty,... i sent her a label,. But she hasnt sent it back and no communication ,,She had by the 8th to return it ,,its now gon past that,... But the case is still open,.. how do i close it ?

Why dont you wait until you receive the item back since you have already sent the label?

Sounds like the buyer has no intention of sending it back otherwise OP would have mentioned tracking having been uploaded for this case.
The case should close automatically within a few days. If it does not then contact Ebay and they'll get it done for you on the spot.

I think shes probably got the item working or cant be bothered but its gon way past the shut of time to rtne it

shall i phone them (ie ebay) or use live chat to contact them

Don't worry about it, when ever i get a case, i solve the problem,
the buyers sometimes message me saying thanks, but most never close the cases, they just close automatically after a couple of weeks, just make sure you i always reply and leave them when they say Waiting for buyer to respond.

I had some person do the same, I reported the buyer for not returning the item, ebay closed the case...done.

Let it time out or report the buyer. No tracking on your label will say it all to eBay.

Does it automatically close the case when you report the buyer ? its ok shes already left pos feedback,,,, i just dont wont them to hold my money any longer
is it an automated report thing or do i need to ring them ?

After a certain time period (its can be 1-2 months) another option pops up in casebto "escalate to ebay review". Once the bots see that the label doesn't show tracking delivered you will win the case, all ability of that buyer to leave feedback will be blocked and your label fees and any others get refunded and available to you.

I do this all the time and usually have 2-3 going at same time. Never had a problem.

No, you have to actually report the buyer, when you do...just state that the buyer has decided to keep the item and will not be sending it back.

Just wait on, the buyer has around 2 weeks or so, after this time the option will come available to escalate this to ebay, it will then be closed in your favour if/when she doesnt provide the return details
