Has PP stopped accepting Neteller?
 
I've tried opening a few new accounts using Neteller to confirm bank account and it will not accept the VCC's. They have been opened for weeks and I only used them as my entropay limit has been reached.

anyone else have this problem?

Neteller doesnt work on paypal anymore.

If your entro limit has been reached you can always just make another account

Does he mean he can't create any more cards? If so just delete them.

Think he means that he can't delete any cards because they have unequal balances

am unsure whether to delete cards after the initial confirmation...... do ebay/pp chaeck the cards randomly to see if they are active?
