Account about 3 months old, 100 listings per month, 150 + feedback

tried to relist a few days ago and got the below message.....

Is this account toast? (I have a lot of accounts and this one was coming along nicely... no idea what I have done wrong. All other accounts are fine)

Got the same message,contacted them and they are removed it,sayd there was some issue last year with my account.

Just give them a buzz. They usually restore the account without too much fuss although they may ask for a few bits from you
