Ok to call paypal to add bank?
 

I tried to enter my uaccount details two weeks ago and it told me that they are unable to add the bank right now, try again later.

Ive just tried again now and it still has the same error. Paypal close at 9pm today and was wondering if its safe to call them and give them the info manually?

I've had that issue before and a simple phone call usually sorts the problem. If its a card that you have used before on the account, they seem to add it automatically and you just need to get the confirmation code.

Yes its fine to ring PayPal to add a bank account. It wont cause issues.

Sometimes you have to call paypal, especially if the confirmation code doesn't appear in your bank. Obviously you should always call from phone number registered in your pp account.

Will call them soon, they emailed me to say it was blocked by an internal security software.

They asked to call to pass their verification.

for any future readers went through fine and when asked which bank I told him. Then he put me on hold. Was so nervous as I thought he called the bank to check as it wasn't working!
