Can I use computer from suspended account?
 

My ebay has been suspended. My paypal is ok. If I buy a stealth ebay account, can I keep my existing paypal account (which is linked to the suspended ebay account) if I add a new email account to the paypal account, & use that on the new ebay account? Also, do I need to buy a new pc/tablet & phone to use the new ebay account on those devices? Or will my IP address still be the same (if Ebay track it from my router)? My ISP says I have a dynamic IP address, which changes when I reset my router. But I reset the router, & my IP did not change! Previously I was banned on my PC, but I opened & used another account for 3 years by using a tablet on the same router network. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just doesn't work that way I am afraid

Many years ago that could be done but not these days

You would need a new eBay and a new PayPal really

If you reinstall your OS, change your mac address, have a non-static ip aswell as new ebay/paypal you will be fine:cheer:

About PP account - only new
You don't need to reinstall OS - you just need to create a new user with different credentials, change mac address and change your IP
