How to setup Automatic message to ebay buyer
 

Hi i been Looking for this option in which i can send buyer a automatic message as soon as he/she paid for it

i am subscribe to ebay manager pro but i cant find the option

can anyone here tell me where exactly it is ?

Hi i did tried that and bought the product from my other account

but it doesnt send a message

i choose the buyer checkout option am i doing something wrong?

In selling manger pro, at lower left under Favourite Links,
'Selling Manager Pro automation preferences'.

'Emails eBay sends for you' then click 'Manage communications with buyers'.

You then have option to add a message to emails ebay send when buyer checks out or when order is updated with p&p information. Click the trolley or package icon and 'add message' comes up on right side. Add your message/s as required and thats it.

But it depends whether buyers bother to read any of the ebay guff they receive and to be honest most don't or cannot read it Lol.

Is there any chance to do it without the Selling manager pro?
