Setting up CC on stealth account question

hey, is it ok to use a debit card (3rd issue) to use for a stealth account which has my real details on and use a seperate bank account not linked to that card?

I have used the first issue of that particular card on a previously banned account, but as I have had 2 new cards since that one, i've not used the details of this card on paypal before?

The problem is that the address won't match and AVS will fail preventing you from adding the card
