is this normal practic with paypal?no cases,no returns and refunds and bams closed.

Rest assure your not alone...I've also lost few accounts over the past few days with similar emails from PayPal. But just makes me more determined, I've come come back with more accounts. Lol

Happens all the time with stealth and real accounts.

PayPal are pretty harsh when it comes to perm limitations for no apparent reason

True what james stated, pp are VERY random, create more backups and move on, dont dwell on it but do overlook your process, IP & cookies foremost..:smash:
