Hi does anyone having the problem to upload documents

when i am trying to lift eu limit i am getting this error after filling the details

We’re experiencing some technical difficulties. Please try again later

its not going anywhere

Any help would be much appreciated

This issue has been going on for a few days now. There is another thread about it somewhere

Its just a case of waiting until PayPal fix the issue which I would guess would be mid next week

Have been getting the same error message, phoned in and account has been full restored with all limits removed. Agent advised me its a glitch with system. Hope this helps

CTRL + F5 - after the error page has shown - re-enter and submit - boom. Very simple fix.

nothing happens when i press CTL+F5

contact ebay instead in chat. its amazin you even got that far. most times my request for more allowance usually ends on the first click of the increase button

That doesn't really help with getting EU limits on PayPal removed..

The original problem for the OP was the TECHNICAL ERROR when trying to upload documents...

exactly same issue. Same error appeared so i called paypal to remove limits. They manually reviewed files.

Yes but the user couldn't even upload their documents so how can they manually review files if they weren't originally uploaded...
