using stealth paypal on website

Is it safe to use stealth PayPal as a secondary payment method on a website with different name/address.
Thinking that unless they take the time to inspect every website might just get away with it.

Thanks for that but was thinking more of on our own website where we take worldpay. We were thinking of adding our (stealth) paypal as an option for those who want to use it.
