post and tracking with a stealth
 

i have had a quick search for the answer on this but couldn't see it but apologies if has been covered numerous times .

scenario
i have one stealth account based in say london one based in say scotland. im selling items worth about £30 so send signed for .

i post my items from say Newcastle. if the tracking is looked at it will say all my items have been posted from Newcastle yet my account is based 100`s of miles away. does this raise flags?

on the same topic

i have rolls of the signed for stickers from the post office only the last 3 or 4 numbers change on the roll on each sticker . so if i used one sticker on one account then the following sticker on a different account will that be a protenshal link .

i mean in the eyes of the law its all circumstantial but as seen as ebay and paypal like to be above the law would it be grounds for limitation if constent

On eBay you won't have an issue with postage location

I would try to get a different roll per account. Better safe than sorry!

Does the location of the stealth account affect PayPal disputes?

Scenario: when an eBay buyer bypasses eBay and opens a case directly on PayPal. Does the location of the stealth account have an affect on the case?
If my PayPal account says I live in Scotland but the item was posted from Portsmouth would I lose the PayPal dispute even if the tracking shows as delivered?

I am looking to buy a stealth PayPal but seem to find conflicting answers to this.

Ebay doesnt look at where the item was posted from just the destination address.
The majority of the time the dispute case is done through one of their autobots which checks that the tracking number has been delivered and signed for at the address shown on the system.
ebay doesn't have enough staff to monitor and review every dispute raised.. which much run into tens of thousands a day raised IMO.
People post stuff from all over so scrutinising their registered address would raise too many issues
