item damaged lady refuses to return item
 

Sold an item got damaged in trans lady refusing to return it for a refund says she cant take time of ......even thou im paying for the rtrn

So i offerd her a partial refund of 20 pounds and then she keeps the item

But got this reply


"Well,
Unfortunately that does no where near cover the cost!
I will be putting a feedback to stay away from constant delays and damaged products to be offered £20!"

it was delayed one day

she hasnt opned a dispute yet

That may be considered feedback [extortion]....id have her ass return the item and get your item back.

Yes i asked for pics she order two items the same, on the same day ,,one looked cracked but the other i couldnt see any damge but she recons they were both damaged and scratched

Probably had one damaged already and swapped it out as 'proof'
Make her send them back and do not reply until she does.

i dont argue or even try to negotiate with buyers. 80-90% of return inquiries are always people trying to scam. Even on cheap stuff i send a return label which weeds out the scammers. If at the end of the 30 days and they dont send back i void the label and get my money back. I use to just refund purchases $12 and below without asking for a return. Id get like 10 a month....Now i just send a return label and literally i get 1 return and it saves me a ton of money monthly over all 3 marketplaces i sell stuff.

Literally i found that 1 out of 10 people actually return and those people i make an effort to go beyond the call to make it right. I return all their money or send a replacement with extras always if they ask to try my product again.

lol, one of the mods is going round deleting my posts , what a strange lad he is,It seems like they don't want you to know the eBay tricks of the trade... thankfully you quoted it, so it remains :)

Yeah she's having you on, the thicko's will try to socially engineer stuff.

Just do what I said, and 9/10 you should be fine.

Stand firm on a return for refund only and pay the return charge. Then if she leaves neg, you tell ebay thats what you did, and 9/10 they remove it.

If she leaves you a neg you can get it removed now because she threatened you with it.

Have you seen the feedback she has left for others?

Shes now gon into a returns request and asking for 89 pounds and she keeps it

just select the correct option when you approve it, for her to send it back and then ebay will refund her once the tracking shows delivered.

either way she has to go to the post office.

I love the 'havent got time' excuses...sorry love,if you are buying cheap tatt off ebay, then you HAVE time because you sure as heck aren't a fighter pilot or brain surgeon :)

you offered her £20? why?

why are you not following protocol? Her time is an inconvenience for her, true, but it happens when you buy online, plus it is not your fault if it broke, you did not send it out broken.....

of course they buy from ebay, I agree more likely to be amazon customers, but some things cannot be found on az.....I look people up when they have a nice address and I have sold to aristocracy and top profs etc...

Not quite my point..did you ever get an extortion claim out of those people? PRobably not...but when you look up the address of a scammer, more often than not it resembles chav residence

mmm true..... there are so many chavs around generally.....if I was in charge, I would not let them breed.
