Can't link Bank account to PayPal UK

Paypal: we were unable to process your bank account registration at this time.

I used 3 different bank accounts... fresh. never used before.
And... it doesn't work.

The account is a stealth account so not under the name of the bank account holder.

Is PayPal checking the bank account holder name too these days???

If so, do you guys have any solution to verify the PayPal account without the bank account??? :help:

PayPal cannot check the name on the bank account

Have you tried clearing out your cache and trying?
